McKenna to lead Mainline expansion as Chairman

The appointment of industry veteran John McKenna as Chairman of the Board ushers in a new era for Mainline. Formerly CEO and Board member at Converge One, McKenna brings a wealth of experience and a proven track record, positioning him as a key accelerator for the company’s growth.

“John’s extensive background in building successful channel companies and services organizations aligns perfectly with Mainline’s strategic goals at this pivotal stage of our development. With John’s seasoned guidance, I am confident that we will chart a course of exceptional growth. I am truly thrilled to be working with him.” said Jeff Dobbelaere, President and CEO of Mainline.

Rusk to drive sales growth in new role as Mainline’s CRO

The appointment of Jeff Rusk, most recently with CDW and Sirius Computer Solutions, to the newly created role of Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) bolsters the company’s executive team and supports the development of its go-to-market solution practice areas.

“I am thrilled to have Jeff Rusk join the Mainline team,” Dobbelaere said. “Not only are his experiences impressive and exactly what we need, he is a great cultural fit for this company. With Jeff’s leadership, I know Mainline will achieve new heights in the upcoming years.”

Mainline gains ISO 9001 certification for quality management system

The recent attainment of ISO 9001:2015 for the company’s management system is yet another significant milestone. The internationally recognized standard, developed and published by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO), is based on several quality management principles, including a strong customer focus, the motivation and implication of top management, the process approach, and continuous improvement.

Driving impact through leadership and quality assurance

Embarking on a new chapter with McKenna’s strategic guidance, Rusk’s sales leadership, ISO 9001 certification, and its recent acquisition by H.I.G. Capital, the company is well positioned to accelerate its impressive track record of growth within the industry.
