Enhancing service experiences with NVIDIA partnership

As the telecom industry continues to evolve at a rapid pace, service providers are turning to AI and automation to reduce costs and accelerate business growth. A recent IDC survey found that 73% of global telecom companies prioritize AI/ML investments for operational support.

The extension of ServiceNow’s partnership with NVIDIA opens the door for a new era of AI-driven solutions tailored to telcos. The company’s Now Assist for Telecommunications Service Management (TSM) powered by NVIDIA’s AI technologies is purpose-built to enhance agent productivity, expedite issue resolution, and elevate customer experiences.

Rohit Batra, GM and VP for telecom, media, and tech at ServiceNow, expressed enthusiasm for the transformative potential of this partnership, stating, “GenAI is a game-changer for telcos looking to boost productivity, improve customer experiences, and drive cost savings with its ability to learn and improve with each use.”

Chris Penrose, global head of business development for telco at NVIDIA, echoed this sentiment, stressing the significance of leveraging AI to address the evolving needs of the telecommunications industry.

Rohit Batra highlighted the transformative potential of this acquisition, stating, “The power of ServiceNow is its ability to connect the entire telecommunications stack on a single platform. By adding Atrinet’s discovery and activation capabilities into our Telecom industry products, we’re helping service providers manage the entire network lifecycle — driving productivity up and costs down.”

Efi Levi, CEO and founder of Atrinet, expressed enthusiasm over the acquisition and its impact on the telecom sector. In conjunction with the sale of NetACE to ServiceNow, Atrinet has become a certified ServiceNow Consulting and Implementation Partner.
