Create and Manage Partner tiers efficiently with Mindmatrix

The Mindmatrix platform allows vendors to capture partner attributes in detail. There are pre-existing generic static fields in the system and vendors can create company-specific custom fields to capture partner information in-depth.

Automated and manual segmentation

Vendors can group partners manually based on region, language, partner level, or import partners into the Mindmatrix system via spreadsheets. They can assign roles to each of the partners which will decide their rights with respect to various elements in the system such as MDF limits, asset access, etc.

Vendors can also create Smart Lists for partners, wherein partners are grouped automatically based on various conditions such as partner profile attributes, actions, certifications completed, activities performed as a part of the Partner Journey, etc. 

Based on the Partner Tier, Persona, or Group, partners have access to different features, partner dashboard, and platform navigation. The assets can be shared/unshared based on the Tier or Group either manually or automatically based on the partner smart list.

CRM Integration

The Mindmatrix platform integrates with all leading CRMs to allow bi-directional partner data synchronization. The data regarding partner attributes may be in the Mindmatrix platform or may be imported from an external system such as a POS, LMS, ERP, or CRM. 

Everything, right from the partner portal, access permissions, partner onboarding sessions, partner training resources, sales and marketing tools, collateral, to Brand or Market development funds, can be customized based on the partner classification.
